Oh, I like the idea of a flooded palace, claimed by swans! That makes me want to write a story....
Water covers most of the world, so, it does have a deep importance... it would be lovely to see a place that reclaimed that. I like the idea of building a palace and then flooding it, a place that's designed to be underwater. People could go down and swim around the architecture, you would have to experience it by diving....
